Dental Implants
What is a Dental Implant?
A dental implant is a permanent solution used to replace missing teeth. It consists of a titanium post that is surgically placed into the jawbone, acting as an artificial tooth root. A custom-made crown is then attached to restore the function and appearance of the natural tooth. Implants are durable, stable, and help preserve jawbone structure over time.
When is a Dental Implant Recommended?
Dental implants are commonly recommended in the following situations:
- One or more missing teeth
- Difficulty chewing or speaking due to gaps
- Desire for a fixed (non-removable) alternative to dentures
- Bone loss in the jaw due to missing teeth
- To support a dental bridge or denture for added stability
An initial evaluation by your dentist, including imaging and bone assessment, is necessary to determine if you are a suitable candidate for dental implants.

All-on-4 and All-on-6 Implants
For patients who have lost most or all of their teeth, All-on-4 and All-on-6 are advanced full-arch restoration options.
- All-on-4 Implants:
Uses 4 strategically placed implants to support a full set of teeth (upper or lower arch). It is ideal for patients with limited bone volume and offers faster treatment with fewer implants.

- All-on-6 Implants:
Similar to All-on-4, but uses 6 implants to provide additional stability and support. It’s often recommended for patients with higher bite force or who desire a more secure, long-term solution.
Both methods allow for fixed, natural-looking teeth that do not need to be removed — offering improved comfort, confidence, and quality of life.
